We price our translations according to the service you require, whether you’re looking for a tailored package for a large project or a quick turnaround on a single document. Like many other translation agencies, we calculate our rates on a per thousand word basis, not per word. However, for large projects, we tailor packages based on volume, which can significantly reduce your costs.

The price of our translation services also depends on the languages required. We classify languages according to a banding system, with many major European languages in Band 1, including French, Italian, German and Spanish (known as FIGS). More complex languages, such as Japanese and Arabic, are classified as Band 6 and have higher costs associated with them.

Although all of our translations are of high quality, we understand that companies need the highest quality translation services. We also offer cost-effective translations that we recommend for common business applications. Medium-priced standard business translations offer excellent quality at an affordable price, making them ideal for smaller businesses.
